Our Consultant, Sue Milne, is an active member of the QTIv2.1 Profiling Working Group. The Group is composed of experienced practitioners who are implementing the IMS Question and Test Interoperability specification, version 2.1 (QTIv2.1) and creating questions and tests conforming to the QTIv2.1 specification. Participants are currently building profiles of QTIv2.1 elements and attributes in order to eliminate anomalies in the specification and its schema  and to demonstrate interoperability between as many rendering systems and tools as possible, prior to the specification becoming final in Summer 2011. The Common Cartridge QTI Profile was created In Summer 2010; this profile includes the elements which are needed by the IMS Common Cartridge specification. The Main Profile, now under construction, contains additional elements and attributes which are used by a wider range of institutions and practitioners.
